DUTCH AM Theme Groups
Are you an optimistic pioneer with a passion for healthcare education and digitalization?
DUTCH is seeking participants for three AM theme groups. As a participant, you will collaborate with healthcare and education professionals to develop innovative simulation modules for anesthesia nurse, surgical assistant, and radiodiagnostic laboratory technician training programs.
In themed groups of 5–8 people, you will develop new (digital) learning resources based on existing practical knowledge and educational insights, together with workflow leaders, coordinators, educational specialists, and the DUTCH technical team. You will coordinate scenarios, contribute to educational quality, and contribute to future-proof healthcare education.
Wanted profile:
You have subject matter knowledge or educational expertise within the theme, enjoy collaboration, are digitally skilled, and have an affinity for simulation-based education. Recovery nurses are also welcome to join the postoperative care/transport theme group.
What do you get in return?
You retain your contract, and your (healthcare) institution invoices the hours worked to DUTCH. You'll work an average of 8 hours per week on an ambitious national program. Thematic meetings take place on fixed days, depending on the theme. In addition, various inspiring live Workflow 1 meetings are held throughout the year.
