DUTCH, Saxion and HAN present results of stakeholder analysis

An extensive stakeholder analysis by Saxion and HAN has yielded valuable insights for the future of healthcare education. More than 150 respondents (including 125 people from healthcare practice) shared their vision on the use of more simulation education.

Most stakeholders are positive about scaling up simulation education,
but also have points of attention. This feedback helps DUTCH to
to properly design the programme and ensure that it meets the needs of the practice.
The research was conducted by a team of experts from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and HAN University of Applied Sciences.

Lectorate Technology, Health and Care, Saxion:

  • Marjolein den Ouden

  • Christina Jaschinski

  • March Hendriks

  • Daisy van der Linden

Lectorate Industrial Design, Saxion:

  • Merlin Smits

  • Erik Goselink

  • Yvonne Siesling

Lectorate Technology for Health, HAN:

  • Maurice Magnée

  • Tom van de Belt

  • Amy Abelmann

  • Rinske de Groot

The research team gathered input through scenario sessions, interviews and workshops. This resulted in concrete recommendations and tools that support DUTCH in the development and implementation of simulation education. ICT&Health previously published about this research. An extensive article about the results will be published soon.
